Choose from one of 4 levels of support and any of the 20 animals available for adoption. Get the inside scoop on your animal's , life story, favorite treats, and more! Your adoption will last one year and you will receive periodic email updates from your animal along with your adoption kit and certificate.

Kit includes: adoption certificate, 5x7 photograph of the animal, fact sheet, Adopt an Animal magnet, and updates from your animal friend. You will also receive an invitation for 2 to attend our Adopt Night at the Zoo.

Kit includes: All of the elements of the Protector of the Animals level plus your name on a brick at the Zoo’s front entrance. The brick paver is 8” x 4” with up to 2 lines of text containing 20 characters on each line. |

When you make a donation to the
Houston Zoo Adopt an Animal Program, you help us care for your adopted animal and you support important educational and conservation programs at the Houston Zoo. Your adopted animal will stay at the Zoo under the expert care of our keepers where you are welcome to visit it often!
